Last month, our school had the first parent meeting for this academic year. The meeting was held at 'Moonlight Maalam' on our school premises. The goal of the meeting was very simple; it was to initiate a rapport with the parents and create an environment of optimism and friendliness between the school management and the parents.
The meeting was kick-started by Ms. Khadeeja Mazeena, the leading teacher of Key Stage 4 gave the introduction and announced the agenda. Ms. Shabeeba Rasheed, the leading teacher of Key Stage 2 explained the Child Protection Policy which is an integral part of the child welfare.
Ms. Aishath Nadhiya Hassan, the leading teacher of Key Stage 3 elaborated the Education Act which is also a very important part of the constitution that deals with education and child welfare.
The session was concluded by our beloved principal, Mr. Abdul Latheef Ali, who discussed the goals of this new academic year and the expectations. It was a very fruitful session.
