Teaching is an interesting art. There are so many things to learn from it. Students are a great source of inspiration for all educators. They bring in new information, new perspectives and new points of view. When students give a new identity to an individual by accepting them as their teacher, it becomes cherished. Syed Mohammad Asad Abbas Naqvi, our new Economics teacher finds it very pleasurable to see himself as a part of this noble profession.
During his college days, he started giving tuitions to his juniors and gradually teaching became his passion and he started enjoying teaching and made his mind to pursue a career in teaching. There are always great rewards that come with teaching. He feels that having the experience to teach someone is self-gratifying. In the year 2013, after completing his Master's degree in Economics from Aligarh Muslim University he was presented with a great opportunity of teaching economics to secondary level students. The experience undoubtedly opened up his eyes to the challenges of teaching secondary level students. With every experience, he was able to become stronger as a communicator, team player and teacher. During this experience, he was able to really sharpen and develop his lesson planning skills. Now, he performs this task with a greater vision and the ability to think about his lessons contextually, and to shape them in a manner that will be of the greatest benefit to the students.

As a Post-graduate Teacher of Economics, he introduces various innovative techniques of teaching like using audio visual aids, preparation of charts and presentation for students on various topics. He also organizes debate competitions on various economic issues for enhancing the thinking ability of the students. As he was looking forward to work with an esteemed organization that can give him a challenging and conducive atmosphere to further enhance his knowledge and skills so as to use them to achieve organizational goals, he is confident that he is the right choice to be hired as a secondary teacher at Maradhoo School because he has an inherent ability to reach out to students. Apart from the subject matter, he intends to provide the students with advice and mentoring, which would make it easy for them to connect with him.
He considers himself to be a visionary individual who has a clear view of what education should include in these modern times. Since, he has extensive training as a teacher, he can effectively use several resources to teach effectively. Also, he does not teach in a conventional manner, which is why students take to him immediately. He is sure that the students in our school will love him. As a self-motivated individual, who has excellent teaching, organization and planning skills, he can become a favourite teacher of students, as well as a good co-worker.
