First Staff Meeting of This Academic Year

The first staff meeting of this academic year was held today in the school premises. The meeting was conducted simultaneously in both online and offline modes to enable all the teachers be a part of it. This creates a whole new dimension in terms of how inclusion may be implemented in the classroom, because the children in quarantine will be taught in a similar manner. Not only do children who are physically able to attend school take part in the classes, but those who are unable to go due to quarantine will also be able to join the classes. This was a key point which the Principal discussed with the staff during this meeting.

He also discussed on the various challenges that will be faced in carrying out this method of teaching and the various ways to overcome these obstacles. It was emphasised that education must go on. And no student should be left unnoticed.

He also talked about the different hurdles that would be encountered while implementing this teaching technique and how to overcome them. The need of continuing education was emphasized and it was pointed out that no student should be overlooked.

The changes in the tasks of the leading teachers was also highlighted. The new tasks and additional duties that have been introduced, as well as their importance in this academic year, were also discussed. But the most important aspect of the session was the updated protocols and the precautions that the staff should take to combat the coronavirus.
